This page is for disabled users and their carers. It is written in non-technical language to inform our users of Pix’s level of accessibility.
Its purpose is to present the accessibility policy of the pix.fr, pix.org, app.pix.fr and app.pix.org websites and define the general level of accessibility observed on the website in accordance with standards and regulations.
For information on site-navigation and accessibility features, visit the help centre.
You have a disability or are a disabled person's carer?
If you need specific information on accessibility, you can contact accessibilite@pix.fr.
When you are working on your skills on Pix, if a test is not currently accessible, you can let us know via the ‘Report a problem’ contact form, available on the test page by choosing the ‘Test accessibility’ category. You can then describe your problem, don’t hesitate to be thorough. We advise you to pass the test (by clicking on ‘skip’) if the question is not accessible.
For any other problem, please visit the help centre.
