Pix is taking part in the UNESCO’s “Global Skills Academy”, an initiative launched to boost young people’s employability by providing them with the tools they need to acquire key digital skills in today’s job market, especially in our current context of global crisis.
“This pandemic has brought to light the need for pupils and students to further develop their digital skills, essential to adapt to our digital environment,” states Benjamin Marteau, Chief Executive Officer at Pix.
As a member of UNESCO’s COVID-19 Global Education Coalition, launched to support countries in developing inclusive learning solutions, Pix is seeking to help teachers to support their students in cultivating a wide range of digital skills.
To do so, Pix is providing access to 500 French-speaking secondary schools to its online platform specifically designed for teaching staff: “Pix Orga”.
There, teachers will be able to offer to their pupils, whether they are in class or at home, to test and develop their digital skills thanks to adaptive and interactive exercises. Pupils will also have the opportunity to improve thanks to tutorials.
Pix is committed to supporting equitable continuation of learning and helping young persons develop new digital skills, essential for their employability and for their future.
